Privacy Policy

This policy covers whitesun.mv, the corporate website for White Sun Private Limited (“White Sun”, “we”). It does not cover WS Ledger or MV Sign themselves — each product has its own privacy policy, covering the account and business data you put into it, which you can find inside that product.

What we collect

This website does not require an account and does not ask for personal information just to browse it. The only information we collect is what you choose to give us:

• The contact form — your name, company, email, phone/WhatsApp number and message.
• If you email or WhatsApp us directly — whatever you send us.

How we use it

Solely to respond to your enquiry — to get back to you about WS Ledger, MV Sign, a demo, or whatever you wrote to us about. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

How it is handled

A contact form submission is sent to our sales team by email and kept in our systems as part of that email record, so we can follow up on it. We do not currently publish a fixed retention period for this data; if you would like your enquiry and its details removed, write to us at [email protected] and we will act on it.

Third parties

We do not share information submitted through this site with third parties, other than the infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery) needed to run the site and send a reply.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to [email protected].

If how this site handles information changes, this page is updated and the date above moves.
