Real Maldivian payroll compliance
MRPS pension (7% employee, 7% employer of basic salary) and EWT progressive income tax are calculated from rates sourced directly from the Pension Act and MIRA’s published brackets — not a spreadsheet kept alongside payroll. The AI assistant is scoped to what the person asking is actually permitted to see, and never invents a figure it does not have.
