Online and staff bookings draw on the same sessions, boats, staff, capacity and waitlist, so the schedule never disagrees with itself.
Guest booking portal
Guests book from a link or QR code, and resort guests can use arrivals and self-registration before they reach the dive desk.
Waivers, medical & risk forms
Forms are completed and signed before the dive, with signature evidence kept against the guest record.
Manifests, briefings & dive logs
Boat manifests, briefings and dive logs, plus a dive-site map that keeps working offline on the boat.
Equipment, cylinders & gas
Equipment, cylinders, Nitrox and gas records, inspections and service jobs, and daily boat preparation with numbered baskets and kit lists.

Each dive center’s data is isolated from every other, with role-based access, two-step sign-in, a full audit trail and encrypted backups. Private guest data is handled under your own retention rules. Tax rates, waivers and commission rules are entered by you; DiveMS does not pre-fill them or claim compliance with any legal, medical or training standard on your behalf.

Frequently asked questions
Who is DiveMS built for?+
Dive centers, liveaboards and resort dive operations. It is built for the Maldives, and it works for any operator that runs dives from a boat or a resort.
Can guests pay online by card?+
Not today. Staff record payments in DiveMS against the guest’s charges and invoices; no online payment provider is connected.
Does it connect to WS Ledger?+
DiveMS produces WS Ledger-ready accounting exports. A live connector between the two is planned but not built yet.
Are tax rates, waivers and commission rules pre-filled?+
No. Each operator enters its own tax rates, waiver wording and commission rules, so the system reflects your business rather than a generic template.
What languages is it available in?+
English only for now.
